PCA at GFC

Hands-on patient care under FNP supervision. ADL/IADL support, behavioral observation, family communication. Shadow our LPN and FNP team during skilled visits.

Certified Nursing Assistant

CNA at GFC

Complete your CNA certification with the opportunity for certificate sponsorship!  Then take on a broader scope of direct patient care under FNP and/or LPN supervision. Deeper clinical exposure that maps directly to nursing rotations.

CNA or nursing student preferred. Right person matters more.

What we look for

The basics
  • Current nursing or LPN program student, or CNA / HHA certification
  • Experience with complex patients — dementia, behavioral health, or post-acute clients is a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background check including Georgia GChecx fingerprint clearance
  • Genuinely enjoy working with older adults
  • Stay calm when things get unpredictable
  • Follow protocols without constant supervision
  • Communicate clearly with families and supervisors

Not required

  • No prior home care experience required
  • Certification or current enrollment preferred, but not required
