Our team combines medical expertise, compassionate caregiving, innovation, and operational discipline to help older adults and medically complex individuals remain safe and comfortable at home.

We believe families deserve a trusted partner who notices subtle changes, coordinates care proactively, and treats every client as if they were our own loved one.

Bethel Godwins

Compassionate, thorough, effective patient care.

Mrs. Bethel Godwins is a Provider at First Lithonia Medical Center, known for providing compassionate, thorough, and effective patient care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Nursing from Walden University, with a specialization in family care.

With over 16 years of experience, she is skilled in medical management and aims to create an atmosphere of trust and security for her patients. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of several professional nursing associations.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and church community, and is passionate about providing quality patient care for families from all backgrounds.

Bianca Godwins Chinenye Ume

Health systems architect & operations leader — building patient-centered care.

Dr. Bianca Ume is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the organization, known for her expertise in health tech operations, management, business development, services line expansion, and patient-centered service delivery. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science (MS).

With experience supporting physician groups, digital health organizations, and diagnostic laboratories, she is skilled in workflow design, multi-site expansion, compliance coordination, and quality improvement. Dr. Ume oversees the organization's administrative and operational functions and is committed to creating an environment of trust, efficiency, and compassionate support for families and caregivers. Her work focuses on building care systems that are reliable, accessible, and grounded in clinical excellence.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys community engagement, mentorship, and supporting initiatives that empower women in leadership and promote equitable access to healthcare.

Courtney Godwins

LMSW

Care coordination, crisis intervention, & trauma-informed practice.

Courtney Godwins, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong background in medical and behavioral health case management, care coordination, and trauma-informed practice. She holds a Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Courtney currently serves as a Care Coordinator with Amerigroup, where she develops individualized care plans, supports safe care transitions, and connects members to critical medical and community-based resources. Her prior experience includes medical case management at Southside Medical Center and behavioral health case management at Peachford Hospital — where she conducted psychosocial assessments, facilitated discharge planning, and addressed key social determinants of health.

With a commitment to empowering individuals and families, Courtney brings a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, strong crisis intervention capabilities, and a focused dedication to helping clients achieve stability and long-term wellness.
