She holds a Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Courtney currently serves as a Care Coordinator with Amerigroup, where she develops individualized care plans, supports safe care transitions, and connects members to critical medical and community-based resources. Her prior experience includes medical case management at Southside Medical Center and behavioral health case management at Peachford Hospital — where she conducted psychosocial assessments, facilitated discharge planning, and addressed key social determinants of health.
